Hand-pulled noodles and atomic physics
This Slashfood post includes a video clip of very tasty-looking hand-pulled noodles. As it turns out, the noodles are a prop for a documentary on atoms. The only thing I didn't understand was just how the noodles split in half each time the chef dredged them in flour. Whatever the secret of their production is, I'll have to look for a source for some yummy dragon's beard noodles.
